US ITC finds injury in flange case
The US International Trade Commission has found evidence of injury as a result of imports of Chinese stainless steel flanges, clearing the way for anti-dumping duties, Kallanish reports.
The US Department of Commerce's final discovered dumping margins of 257.11% will be collected as duties as a result of the injury determination.
