US ITC finds injury in discrete plate case
The US International Trade Commission has found evidence of injury to the domestic industry from imports of carbon and alloy discrete plate from Brazil, South Africa and Turkey, Kallanish learns from a commission notice.
The finding authorises the US Department of Commerce to issue anti-dumping orders on plate from those countries based on the preliminary results found 22 September.
