US ITC finds injury in China, India case
The US International Trade Commission has found mixed evidence of injury in its investigation of large-diameter welded pipe from China and India, Kallanish reports.
The commission further determined that both China and India had caused injury to domestic industry by dumping and subsidising their exports, in line with the margins previously identified by the US Department of Commerce. It was noted that these injuries varied by product category.
