US identifies Australian HRC dumping margin

The US has assigned final anti-dumping duties on Australian exporters of hot-rolled coil, Kallanish learns from the Federal Register.  The US Department of Commerce found BlueScope Steel was selling hot-rolled into the US at a dumping margin of 9.94%.  The period of review stretched from 1 October, 2018, through 30 September, 2019.  As a result of Commerce’s findings, the identified dumping margin will be collected as an anti-dumping duty.&n…
