US finds higher dumping rates for Japanese HRC

In the preliminary results of an administrative review, the US Department of Commerce has assigned higher antidumping duty rates for hot rolled sheet imports from Japan. The review covers the one-year period ended 30 September, 2020. Commerce assigned a preliminary weighted average dumping margin of 26.81% for mandatory respondent Nippon Steel.
