US DOC sets final margins on Chinese plate
The US Department of Commerce has issued its final dumping and subsidy margin determinations on discrete plate from China, Kallanish reports.
The department has assigned dumping margins of 68.27% and subsidy margins of 251% for all Chinese producers.
The US International Trade Commission is slated to make its final injury determinations on or about 3 March. If the commission makes an affirmative determination, duties will be assigned.
