US DOC sets carbon flange margins
The US Department of Commerce has set preliminary countervailing duty margins on carbon steel flanges from India, Kallanish learns from a department release.
The margins range from 2.76-3.66%. The petitioners in the case were Boltex Manufacturing and Weldbend Corporation.
