US DOC rules on Chinese stainless flanges
The US Department of Commerce has made an affirmative final determination of subsidising in its investigation of imports of stainless steel flanges from China, Kallanish understands.
The department found subsidy margins of 174.73% during its investigation. The margins will be collected as a cash deposit until the International Trade Commission makes its final injury determination on or about 21 May.
