US DOC to rule on steel flanges

The US Department of Commerce is expected to make its final dumping margin determinations on carbon steel flanges from Spain by 12 April, Kallanish reports. Flanges serve as the connectors between tubular components in a piping system. The department estimates that the US imported about $16.5 million in Spanish flanges last year. The petitioners in the case are Boltex Manufacturing and Weldbend Corporation.
