US DOC to proceed with stainless flange case
The US Department of Commerce will push forward with a dumping and subsidy investigation on imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India, Kallanish understands.
The petitioners – Core Pipe Products and Maass Flange Corporation – allege dumping margins from China of 99.23-257.11% and dumping margins from India of 78.49-145.25%. Subsidy margins for both countries are alleged to be above de minimis.
