US DOC makes final ruling on flanges
The US Department of Commerce has made its final affirmative dumping determinations on carbon steel flanges from Spain, Kallanish reports.
The dumping margins assigned range from 18.81-24.43%. The petitioners in the case are Boltex Manufacturing and Weldbend Corporation.
