US DOC finds subsidy evidence in tube case
The US Department of Commerce has made an affirmative preliminary determination in its countervailing duty case on imports of cold-drawn mechanical tube from China and India, Kallanish reports.
The department found Chinese subsidy rates ranging from 33.31-35.69% and Indian subsidy rates ranging from 3.04-8.09%.
