US DOC finds pipe dumping from Oman, Korea
The US Department of Commerce has found preliminary evidence of dumping of circular welded steel pipe from Oman and South Korea, Kallanish understands.
Oman’s Al Jazeera Steel Products was preliminary found to have sold circular welded pipe into the US at an estimated dumping margin of 3.84% from 8 June, 2016, through 30 November, 2017.
