US DOC finds evidence of wire rod dumping
The US Department of Commerce has made an affirmative preliminary dumping determination on wire rod from Belarus, Russia and the United Arab Emirates, Kallanish reports.
The department found dumping margins of 280.2% from Belarus; 436.8-756.93% from Russia; and 84.1% from the United Arab Emirates.
