US DOC discovers plate dumping from 8 countries
The US Department of Commerce has made positive final anti-dumping margin determinations on discrete plate from eight producing countries, Kallanish reports.
The margins range from 3.62% from a producer in Taiwan to 148.02% from a producer in France. Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Japan and Korea were also targeted in the case, and Korea was found to have subsidised its dumped plate exports.
