US DOC denies Texas pipe mill 232 relief
The US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has slapped down 19 requests for 232 relief from Borusan Mannesmann Pipe US Inc. This happens despite the company's plea that failing to get a tariff exclusion will seriously compromise its competitiveness, Kallanish reports.
