US DOC begins steel fittings case

The US Department of Commerce has initiated a trade case involving forged steel fittings from Italy, Taiwan, and China, Kallanish understands. The petitioners – the Bonney Forge Corporation and the United Steelworkers labour union – allege dumping margins of 18.66-80.2% from Italy, 116.17% from Taiwan and 142.72% from China.
