US DOC begins major welded pipe case
The US Department of Commerce has launched an anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation on large diameter welded pipe imports from Canada, China, Greece, India, Korea and Turkey.
The alleged dumping margins range from 16.18-20.39% for Korea to 120.84-132.63% for China. China, India, Korea and Turkey are being investigated for potential industry subsidisation, Kallanish notes.
