US DOC assigns preliminary duties on rectangular tube

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily assigned anti-dumping duties to heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel tube imports from Korea, Mexico and Turkey. The department puts Korean anti-dumping margins at 2.53-3.81%, Mexican margins at 3.99-16.31%, and Turkish margins at 0-14.48%, Kallanish understands.
