US continues duties on imports of rectangular tubes
The US Department of Commerce will continue anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Korea, Mexico, Turkey, and China, Kallanish reports.
Both Commerce and the US International Trade Commission concluded that the revocation of currently in-place duty orders would likely lead to material injury for US industry.
