US construction starts projected to increase in 2021
Total US construction starts are projected to increase by 4% next year, according to Dodge Data & Analytics' 2021 construction outlook, Kallanish reports.
According to the report, after the industry's -14% decline in dollar value in 2020, total US construction starts will regain 4% in 2021. This amounts to a $33 billion increase in dollar value for construction start, from $738 billion in 2020 to $771 billion in 2021.
