US construction spending rises slightly during April
US construction spending rose slightly from March to April, Kallanish learns from estimates by the US Census Bureau.
In April, US construction spending was estimated at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $1.524 trillion. This is up 0.2% above March's revised estimate of $1.521 trillion and 9.8% above April 2020's estimate of $1.388 trillion.
