US construction spending declines in February
US construction spending declined from January to February but remains up on-year, according to data released by the US Census Bureau.
In February, US construction spending was estimated at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $1.517 trillion, 0.8% below January's revised estimate of $1.529 trillion, Kallanish reports. On-year, construction spending during February is up 5.3% from $1.441 trillion in February 2020.
