US construction jobs grow in May
A majority of US states added construction jobs between May 2017 and May 2018, Kallanish learns from the Associated General Contractors of America.
A total of 42 states added jobs year on year, with California leading the pack with 50,000 jobs - an increase of 6.2%. Texas added 43,100 jobs, or 6.1%, and Florida added 31,300 jobs, or 6.2%.
