US concludes duty reviews on Korean flats imports
The US Department of Commerce has concluded two reviews of countervailing duties on imports of steel flat products from South Korea, Kallanish learns from the Federal Register.
A five-year sunset review was conducted on hot rolled sheet imports from Korea. Commerce found that revoking the CVD orders would be likely to result in the continuation of subsidies of 41.64% for POSCO, 3.98% for Hyundai Steel, and 3.89% for all other companies.
