US makes determination in rebar circumvention case
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has ruled that certain imports of hooked or bent rebar from Mexico circumvent the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty order, Kallanish reports.
According to a release earlier today, the scope of the circumvention ruling covers rebar that is bent at one or both ends and is produced by Mexican supplier Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Deacero.)
