US assigns new dumping margin to BlueScope
The US has identified possible hot-rolled flats dumping from an Australian producer, Kallanish learns from the US Department of Commerce.
In an administrative review covering the period 1 October, 2017, through 30 September, 2018, Commerce found BlueScope Steel to have shipped product to the US at less-than-normal value.
