US architectural billings index swings positive in October
The US architectural billings index returned to positive territory in October after contracting in September, Kallanish learns from the American Institute of Architects.
The index, which measures the 9-12 month lead time between billings and construction activity, reached 51.7 in October after scoring 49.1 in September. Index measurements over 50 generally indicate construction sector growth.
