US amends dumping margins in Turkish pipes case
The US Department of Commerce has amended dumping margins for Turkish producers of large-diameter welded pipe following an inharmonious decision by the US Court of International Trade (CIT) in its anti-dumping (AD) duty investigation, Kallanish reports.
