Ural Steel increases production, eyes better results
Zagorsk Pipe Plant (ZTZ)’s Ural Steel plant has increased steel production in 2022, says the company’s managing director, Ildar Iskakov.
It fulfilled the production programme for this year and even ramped output up to 1.6 million tonnes of crude steel and 900,000 tonnes of finished steel, the enterprise tells Kallanish. Shipments of bridge steel increased by 50%, and the volume of strip supplied to ZTZ increased three-fold.
