Upgrades dent Metalloinvest's 2019 steel output, sales
Metalloinvest produced 4.87 million tonnes of crude steel in 2019, -3.7% down on-year, due to furnace reconstruction and testing at the Ural Steel works. This is despite fourth-quarter crude steel output increasing by 3.6% on-quarter to 1.24mt, Kallanish notes.
