Ukraine’s November semis exports drop, pig iron grows
Ukrainian exports of semi-finished products decreased further in November, according to customs data monitored by Kallanish.
The country exported 374,000 tonnes of semi-finished steel, down by 23.8% on-year. Revenue generated by these shipments however increased 18.6% to $236.8 million.
In January-November Ukraine exported 6.21 million tonnes of semis, less by 10.2% on-year, but revenue increased by 49.3% to $3.75 billion.
