Ukraine semis exports increase; pig iron up
Ukrainian exports of semi-finished products increased in May amid the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine and blockade of seaports, Kallanish notes.
The country exported 105,820 tonnes of semis, up 49.3% compared with April and up 62.2% on-year. Revenue generated by these shipments increased by 54.8% on-month to $86.68 million, according to customs data.
