UK manufacturing sentiment slips in May
The UK manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) fell to a three-month low in June according to the Markit/Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) survey monitored by Kallanish. Growth rates of output and new orders slowed as price inflationary pressures eased.
