UK manufacturing sees uptick in January
The UK manufacturing sector has begun 2016 on a marginally more positive note according to the latest Markit/CIPS survey report monitored by Kallanish. Improved domestic demand supported an expansion in output although input cost deflationary pressure remains strong.
