UK manufacturing output grows again in February
The UK manufacturing sector continued its strong start to 2017 in February, according to the latest survey by Markit/Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) monitored by Kallanish. Output and new orders rise solidly, albeit at slower rates than in January. Price inflationary pressures remain elevated despite the promising start to the year.
