UK manufacturing output and orders expand in August
UK manufacturing grew again in August according to the latest survey by IHS Markit/Chartered Institute of Purchasing (CIPS) monitored by Kallanish. A broad-based expansion was seen across all product categories, although input costs also accelerated again, Markit/CIPS says.
