UK manufacturing growth stalls in July
The UK manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) hit a three-month low in July on weaker increases in output and new orders, according to the latest HIS Markit/Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) survey. Intermediate goods production fell for first time in two years, the survey found.
