UK manufacturing activity rises in September
Activity in the UK manufacturing sector rose in September according to the IHS Markit/Chartered Institute of Purchasing (CIPS) monthly survey monitored by Kallanish. Output and new order growth both accelerated and both Input cost and output charge inflation also strengthened during the period.
