UK manufacturing activity recovers in October, but slightly
The UK manufacturing sector saw trends in both output and new orders increase slightly in November, according to the latest IHS Markit/Chartered Institute of Purchasing (CIPS) survey monitored by Kallanish. Although new export orders fell for the second month running, November saw a slight acceleration in the rate of improvement of UK manufacturing business conditions, the survey results suggest.
