UK construction sector sees July improvement
There was a robust and accelerated rise in construction activity in the UK during July, according to the latest IHS Markit/Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) survey monitored by Kallanish. House building expanded at the sharpest pace since December 2015 and rates of new order growth and job creation gained momentum.
