UK construction sector growth slips in August
There was a modest overall rise in UK construction activity in August according to the latest survey by IHS Markit and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, monitored by Kallanish. Input cost inflation eased to a 25-month low but supplier delivery times lengthened to the greatest extent since March 2015.
