Turkish welded pipe exports drop in January
Turkish welded pipe exports declined on-year in January, driven by a plunge in shipments to the US and some European countries, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
January's exports went down -11.7% y-o-y to 128,146 tonnes. The overall average value/tonne of these exports rose to $779/t from $654/t a year ago.
