Turkish steelmakers reject construction firms' rebar price claims
The Turkish Steel Producers' Association (TCUD) has rejected accusations by a local construction association that local steelmakers are to blame for high domestic rebar prices.
To blame Turkish steel producers for price increases, without consideration of global and regional developments or the factors influencing domestic prices, is not a realistic or fair approach, TCUD says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
