Turkish imports decrease on-year in September
Turkey's steel imports decreased -27% year-on-year to 1.26 million tonnes in September, while their total value fell -16.9% to $845.8 million, the Turkish Steel Producers' Association (TCUD) says.
Semi-finished product imports dropped -46.6% y-o-y to 449,000t and flat product imports fell -4.9% to 647,000t in September, Kallanish learns from a TCUD statement.
