Turkish scrap prices remain pressured amid poor activity
Most Turkish mills have kept their domestic scrap buying prices unchanged since last week, although imported scrap prices continued to fall.
No imported scrap booking was heard on Wednesday while Turkey's demand for scrap remained lacking.
Some European suppliers are seen seeking $415/t cfr for HMS 1&2 80:20, but Turkish mills find prices above $410/t unworkable.
