Turkish scrap prices remain mostly stable

Most Turkish mills have kept their domestic scrap buying prices unchanged since last week, Kallanish notes. Imported scrap prices, meanwhile, are seen to have bottomed on two fresh deals heard on Wednesday, both from the UK.
