Turkish rebar US return unlikely, say Irepas traders
Turkish rebar suppliers are unlikely to return to the US market, despite the cargoes sold there in August and the recent reduction by the US of dumping margins for Turkish rebar producers. So said Seba International president F.D. Baysal during Monday’s International Rebar Exporters and Producers Association (Irepas) traders' committee meeting in Düsseldorf.
