Turkish mills continue to lower domestic scrap prices

All Turkish steelmakers have further reduced their domestic scrap buying prices this week, Kallanish notes. Turkish mills’ interest in deep-sea scrap purchases remains weak, although some producers are still inquiring for short-sea scrap. Almost all mills have continued purchasing domestic scrap.
