Turkish HRC prices continue to decline
Turkish hot-rolled coil (HRC) prices fell further last week, mainly due to persisting weak demand, market participants tell Kallanish.
Local mills offer June-rolling HRC at $630-650/tonne ex-works, down $10-20/t on-week to the bid price levels from the week before. Bid prices also lowered to $610-620/t, buy-side sources inform.
Domestic market activity has remained slow in the past week and improvement is not expected in the coming weeks…
